复方小叶榕含片的镇痛和抗炎作用的实验研究

Experimental Studies on Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Compound Folium Fici Microcarpae Buccal Tablets

目的观察复方小叶榕含片的镇痛和抗炎作用。方法采用小鼠扭体法和福尔马林实验观察复方小叶榕含片的镇痛作用,采用小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和大鼠皮下植入棉球诱导肉芽组织增生法观察复方小叶榕含片的抗炎作用。结果复方小叶榕含片可明显减少小鼠扭体次数,减少福尔马林引起的小鼠慢性疼痛,抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀,抑制大鼠肉芽肿形成。结论复方小叶榕含片具有较好的镇痛和抗炎作用。

Objective To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Compound Folium Fici Microcarpae Buccal Tablets. Methods The writhing test on mice caused by acetic acid and the formalin test on mice for causing pain were employed to observe the analgesic effect of Compound Folium Fici Microcarpae Buccal Tablets. The dimethylbezene-induced mice auricular swelling test and the cotton-ball-induced rat granuloma test were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Compound Folium Fici Microcarpae Buccal Tablets. Results Compound Folium Fici Microcarpae Buccal Tablets could significantly decrease the acetic acid-induced writhing times of mice and chronic pain caused by formalin, and Compound Folium Fici Microcarpae Buccal Tablets have obvious inhibitory action on mice＇s auricular swellings caused by dimethylbezene and rat granulomas induced by cotton balls. Conclusion Compound Folium Fici Microcarpae Buccal Tablets have good pharmacological effects on analgesia and anti-inflammation.
