布地奈德佐治小儿肺炎98例临床疗效观察

Budesonide in the Treatment of Children Pneumonia 98 Example Clinical Curative Effect Observation

目的探讨布地奈德辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年4月至2012年2月在我院进行治疗的小儿肺炎196例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德进行治疗,比较疗效。结果观察组总效率为95.92%。对照组总有效率为85.71%,观察组湿啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、气喘消失时间和住院时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德佐治小儿肺炎,可明显提高治疗疗效,加速患儿恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide in adjunctive treatment of children pneumonia clinical curative effect. Methods From 2009 April to 2012 February in our hospital for treatment of 196 cases of infantile pneumonia, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given routine treatment, the observation group based on the control group was given budesonide treatment, comparative efficacy. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 95.92%, the total efficiency of the control group was 85.71%, tales disappear disappearance time of time, cough, wheeze, asthma disappear disappearance time of time and duration of hospitalization of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide in the treatment of children pneumonia, can significantly improve the treatment efficacy in children, accelerated recovery.
