摘要
目的建立佛手散中阿魏酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法以PlatisilODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(40:60)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长316nm,进样量10μL。结果佛手散中阿魏酸在1.36-108.80μg/mL范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD为2.27%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于佛手散的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of the contents of Ferulic acid in FoShou powders by HPLC. Methods This assay was performed on Platisil ODS (250mm×4.6mm, 5pm) column with acetonitrile0.5% ice acetic acid (40:60) as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. And the detection wavelength was 316nm. The column temperature was room temperature. The injection volume was 10pL. Results Ferulic acid in FoShou powders had good linearity within the range of 1.36-108.80gg/mL. And the mean recovery rates were 100.13%, with RSD of 2.27% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used in evaluate the quality of FoShou powders.
