三维适形放疗联合康莱特注射液治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床观察

Clinical Study of Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Kanglaite in the Treatment of Advanced Cervical Carcinoma

目的观察三维适形放疗联合康莱特注射液治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 46例腹膜后转移瘤患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予三维适形放疗,实验组在三维适形放疗同时,每日静脉滴注康莱特注射液100mL,连用21d,观察临床疗效和毒副反应。结果 46例患者均完成实验。近期疗效:实验组达91.7%,与对照组68.2%相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。远期疗效:实验组1、3、5年生存率分别为100%、83.3%和62.5%,对照组1、3、5年生存率分别为97.8%、68.3%和40.9%,实验组各年生存率均高于对照组,但两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组间主要毒副反应有统计学显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组的不良反应较对照组轻微。结论 KLT联合局部放疗较单纯放疗可提高中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效,联合治疗可降低毒副反应发生率,保护骨髓的造血功能。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse reaction of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3D-CRT） combined with kanglaite （KLT） in the treatment of advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods 46 patients with advanced cervical carcinoma were divided into two groups.The control group was given 3D-CRT, while the sthdy group was given KLT injection in addition to 3D-CRT.The clinical outcome and adverse reaction were observed. Results 46 patients had completed the study. The response rate of tumor was 91.7% and 68.2%,with significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The 1, 3, 5-year survival rates of the study group were 100%, 83.3%, 62.5%,those of the control group were 97.8%, 68.3%, 40.9%,and no significant differences were noted between the groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions for the study group was lower than those for the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion KLT combined with 3D-CRT can improve the clinical efficacy of advanced cervical carcinoma.The adverse reactions are lower and the tolerance is well.
