循证护理在预防血液透析过程中低血压的应用效果观察

Effect Observation of Evidence-based Care in the Prevention of Hemodialysis Hypotension

目的探讨循证护理在预防血液透析过程中低血压的临床效果。方法随机选取在我院治疗的血液透析患者60例分为观察组和对照组。对照组(29例)进行常规护理;观察组(31例)使用循证护理的方法对患者进行病因寻找、分析和评估患者状况、选择合适治疗手段,再制定详细的个人护理计划实施。对比两组治疗中低血压发生情况。结果观察组患者低血压发生率分别为9.25%,低于对照组的22.25%,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论血液透析过程中进行循证护理可有效预防低血压的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of of evidence-based nursing on preventing hemodialysis patients from hypotension. Methods Randomly selected 60 cases of hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital and divided into the observation group and control group. The control group （n=29） were given routine nursing; The observation group （n=31） using the methods of evidence-based nursing on patients for searching etiology, analysis and assessment of patient status, choosing the right treatment, and then make detailed personal care plan. Compared the two groups occurrence of hypotension in treatment. Results The incidence of hypotension in the observation group were 9.25%, lower than that of control group（22.25%）, with significantly difference and statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusions During the course of hemodialysis for evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypotension, and is worthy of clinical application.
