摘要
提出了兰州城市地质灾害治理与开发利用并举的方法 ,分析了有利条件和存在问题 ,着重讨论在泥石流、滑坡、自然斜坡等特殊地质环境下 ,具体防治诸措施 ,建议政府制定谁治理谁用地的优惠政策 ,以加快地质灾害治理进程。
The point how to carry out simultaneously the land\|utilization and geological hazard\|control (GHC) has been raised in this paper based on the problems existing in the protection and prevention works of geological hazards at Lanzhou city.Related problems and favorable conditions to carry this kind of work are analyzed and the practical measures to enforec the safeguard of special geological environment such as landslides \,debris flows and unstable slopes etc .are discussed emphatically.It is suggested that the government should draw up a preferential policy for those who tries their best to control the geological hazards of the spot and as a reward will have the right to utilized that piece of land,so the process of controlling geological hazards can be quickened in an effcetive way.
