摘要
目的探讨与分析精细管理对于社区高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法选取社区高血压患者520例并随机性分为2组,观察组在日常管理的过程中加用精细管理,对照组的患者采用常规管理,对比两组患者服药依从性。结果观察组患者服药依从性明显强于对照组患者,且其血压控制更加良好。结论精细管理对于社区高血压患者的血压控制以及服药依从性具有积极正面的影响。
Objective To investigate and analysis the fine management for community hypertension patients＇ compliance effects. Methods 520 cases of patients with hypertension in community and randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group in daily management process with fine management, the control group were treated with conventional management, comparing the two groups of medication compliance in patients with. Results The observation group patients＇ compliance was stronger than that in the control group of patients, and the more good blood pressure control. Conclusion The fine management for patients with hypertension in the community of blood pressure control and compliance have positive impact.
