摘要
目的探讨CT扫描对急性脑梗死患者的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析60例急性脑梗死患者的CT扫描资料。结果大脑中动脉区改变25例,豆状核边界不清10例,局限性低密度区改变15例,颈内动脉区征象改变5例,死亡5例。结论 CT扫描具有检查方便、操作简单、无创伤、价格低等优点,是诊断急性脑梗死的重要检查方法,结合临床表现可做出明确诊断。
Objective Explore a CT scan to acute cerebral infarction with diagnostic value. Methods 60 cases were analyzed retrospectively in acute cerebral infarction patients CT scan material. Results The brain artery area change 25 cases, bean caudate nucleus unclear boundary 10 cases, limitations low density area change 15 cases, the area of the internal carotid artery signs 5 cases change, 5 cases died. Conclusion CT scans have check convenient, simple operation, no wound, low price, advantages, it is the important diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction inspection method, combined with clinical manifestations can make clear diagnosis.
