GnRH-依赖性性早熟相关基因KiSS1,GPR54和GnRH1的研究 被引量:2

摘要 性早熟是一个多水平参与调控的复杂的生物过程。研究报道KiSS1,GPR54和GnRH1等基因可能与GnRH-依赖性性早熟相关。最近,研究发现KiSS1基因和GPR54基因的功能突变与GnRH-依赖性性早熟相关。GnRH1基因和GnRHR基因也可能与GnRH-依赖性性早熟相关,但是,尚未发现这两个基因的突变位点。目前,科学研究陆续发现与GnRH-依赖性性早熟相关的潜在性遗传基因,但这些基因的功能以及作用机制还不是非常清楚。文章就与GnRH-依赖性性早熟相关的遗传基因的结构功能及其突变与性早熟的关系展开论述。
