摘要
从 MRP的一般原理、功能出发 ,通过对汽车线束工艺流程的详细分析和研究 ,将 MRP信息系统应用到汽车集团公司的汽车线束生产中 ,利用计算机工具 ,成功地解决了线束生产方面的一些重大难题 ,使生产效率显著提高 ,从而取得了良好的经济效益 .其应用方法对其他相关行业具有很好的借鉴作用 ,从而具有一定的推广价值 .
From the general principle and function of MRP information system and after a thorough investigation of the technological process of the harness, it is proposed to use this system in the harness production in auto industries. With computer and other modern facilities, some problems encountered during harness production have been successfully solved with significant improvement of the production efficiency and also good economical benefit.
