乳腺癌相关成纤维细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 恶性肿瘤严重威胁着全人类的健康与生命。近年来,肿瘤基础研究领域的一个重要进展是发现肿瘤微环境对肿瘤生物学行为的调控,即不再认为肿瘤的发生、发展仅与肿瘤细胞有关,而是肿瘤细胞与间质成分构成的肿瘤微环境相互作用的结果。
