基于公众满意度的公路交通社会服务能力调查研究 被引量:9

摘要 提升公路交通社会服务能力,切实提高公众满意度成为当前摆在我们面前的挑战。文章分析公众满意度的有关理论,结合网上调查情况试探性开展公路交通服务能力的评价研究,找出公众最关心的问题及建议,提出提升公众对公路交通服务满意度的对策。
