Operative Cooperation of DHS for Treating Older Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的:探讨动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨转子部骨折过程中的手术配合。方法:对67例老年患者进行手术配合,包括术前准备、巡回护士配合辅助摆放患者手术及麻醉体位、建立静脉通道、加强病情观察;器械护士检查专用器械是否准备齐全,与巡回护士进行用物清点,协助医生消毒铺巾及进行手术。结果:所有患者手术进行顺利,手术时间55～90min,平均65.7min;失血量150～450ml,平均230ml;未发生术中死亡、术后感染、内固定失效等并发症。结论:各环节的紧密护理配合是提高动力髋螺钉手术成功率,防止术后并发症的关键。

Objective ：To introduce the experience of operative cooperation for older intertrochanteric fracture treated with DHS internal fixation. Methods ：The operative cooperation for 67 cases older intertrochanteric fracture was included visit before the operation, comfort in the operating room, the patient was placed on the Orthopedics operative tract table, the results of redaction were checked with C-arm X-ray, the special apparatuses of DHS were provided for internal fixation, etc.Results ：Operation of all 67 cases were cooperated smoothly.The operation time was 55-90 min, an average of 65.7 rain, blood loss was 150-450 ml, an average of 230 ml.There were no patient death, infection after operation, fixation failure and other complications.Conclusi0n ：The key of improve the DHS success rate of surgery, to prevent postoperative complications is close operative cooperation.
