封闭负压吸引技术治疗大面积皮肤缺损疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析应用封闭负压吸引技术治疗大面积皮肤损伤的疗效。方法:通过2010年3月-2012年3月笔者所在医院应用封闭负压吸引技术治疗大面积皮肤缺损患者14例,待创面肉芽组织生长满意后植皮,观察疗效。结果:14例患者二期植皮成活率100%。结论:封闭负压吸引技术能减轻患者痛苦,降低医护人员工作量,可有效治疗大面积皮肤缺损伤。
