摘要目的:观察丹莪妇康煎膏对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)大鼠TGF-β含量变化的影响,探讨其治疗EMS的作用机制。方法:将30只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和治疗组,每组10只,模型组和治疗组采用自体子宫内膜移植法建立EMS大鼠模型,治疗组予丹莪妇康煎膏进行治疗,采用ELISA法和半定量RT-PCR法检测各组TGF-β表达的变化。结果:与模型组相比,丹莪妇康煎膏治疗后TGF-β的表达水平明显下调。结论:丹莪妇康煎膏对子宫内膜异位症的保护作用,其作用机制可能与降低TGF-β的表达有关。 Objective ：To investigate the effects of Danefukang jiangao on the expression of TGF-β of endometriotic rats.Methods ：Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups ： control group, model group and Danefukang jiangao treatment group.The expression of TGF-βwas detected by ELISA and RT-PCR. Results ：Compared with the model group, the expression of TGF-βwas decreased significantly in Danefukang jiangao treatment group.Conclusion ：The Danefukang jiangao can treat the endometriosis in rats, and its action may be associated with decreasing the expressions of TGF- β in ectopic endometrium.
