摘要
臂架系统是门座起重机设计的核心,通过优化臂架系统中各杆件的长度,保证吊重在臂架系统变幅过程中尽量沿近似水平线轨迹的方向运动.运用向量的方法,根据四连杆机构的几何关系计算出了象鼻梁头部的坐标;并运用合理的算法,融入可视化的理念,在MATLAB的环境下计算出了满足设计条件下的各杆件长度;最终将设计结果形成软件.
The arm frame system is the central part in the design of a portal crane. The purpose of this pro- gram is to assure that the load moves approximately along the path of the horizontal direction in the process of hoisting, through the optimization of the bars'length in the arm frame system. Using vectors in the mathematical model, the coordinates of the bottom point of the truck-beam was figured out according to the geometric relationships of the four-bar linkage. With the appliance of proper algorithm and the idea of visualization, the reasonable length of the bars in MATLAB was calculated and the results were finally transformed into software.
