摘要 介绍基于Pro/E三维设计平台,对双级渐开线圆柱齿轮减速器进行虚拟设计,其中包括参数建模、虚拟装配、检验调试、仿真分析及优化设计等.运用该技术对产品进行虚拟设计,突出显示了其高效性、可行性与节约成本等优势. This paper introduced the where process of the reducer virtual design, which includes parametric modeling,Virtual Assembly, Testing arid Debugging, simulation analysis and optimization design, based on Pro/E as 3D design pl vantages for high effic larization. atform. This technology was used for products' virtual design, highlighting its ad iency, feasibility and cost-saving. The technology is of pratical and worthy of popularization.
