帕金森病运动症状与并发症评估的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson disease,PD）是一种病因不明的渐进性神经退行性疾病,是中老年人常见的运动障碍性疾病。据报道,帕金森病平均发病年龄60岁,从诊断到死亡的平均生存期为15年[1]。帕金森病的病因和发病机制十分复杂,至今仍未彻底明确。
