赤霉素对菠萝果实生长发育及品质的影响 被引量:19

摘要 通过在菠萝果实生长发育过程中外施赤霉素,分析不同处理对果实生长发育及品质的影响。结果表明,赤霉素处理后,单果重增加,但果实品质有所下降,果实硬度较对照下降11.60%~18.24%,可溶性固形物含量较对照下降4.01%~11.61%,而酸含量则提高5.61%~13.21%。 In this study, the effects of application of exogenous GA3 on growth and quality of pineapple fruits during the stage of fruits growth were investigated. The results indicated that application of exogenous GA3 increased the individual weight of pineapple fruit, hut decreased the chemical quality of pineapple fruits. The values of firmness of fnlits were decreased by 11.60%-18.24%, the TSS contents of fruits were decreased by 4.01%-11.61%, and the acid contents were increased by 5.61%-13.21%, compared with the control.
