摘要
对自走式大田水稻毯状秧育苗播种机的整机结构、"1泵5马达1油缸"液压传动系统和排种作业机构等进行设计,并采用Pro/E对整机进行虚拟仿真,得出较合理的设计方案。对研制的播种机样机进行大田育秧播种试验,结果表明播种合格率最高为93.89%,能满足机插秧育秧播种精度要求。
The whole structure as well as "1 pump 5 motors and 1 cylinder" hydraulic system and metering mechanism of seedlings self-propelled seeder for the paddy field blanket-like growing were all designed. This paper achieved rational design scheme through the software of Pro/E. Then in the paddy field, a series experiments was proceeded. The experimental results showed that the maximum eligible rate of sowing could be up to 93.89%, which meant that the seeder prototype could meet the sowing requirement of raising seedling.
