基于农业高校视角的广东农业科技人才安全调查及培养对策

A probe into agricultural sci-tech talents safety and training measures of Guangdong in the sight of agricultural universities

农村科技人才包含人才数量和人才素质两个要素,它们直接影响农业强省的建设和农业经济的又好又快发展。从广东农业科技人才现状分析入手,调查广东农业院校毕业生从事农业行业的数量与毕业生综合素质状况,实证分析广东某农业院校的涉农专业毕业生,从事农业行业的状况,进而从政府、高校、学生3个层面分析提高广东农业科技人才安全问题的对策建议,以期为广东农业院校培养的毕业生充分满足广东农业科技人才的数量和素质安全需求提供参考。

Quantity and quality are two main factors for sci-teeh talents in rural areas, which directly influence the construction of strong agricultural province and good and fast development of rural economy. This paper starts with the current situation of agricultural sci-tech talents in Guangdong, surveys the quantity of graduates working on agriculture from Guangdong agricultural universities and colleges and their overall quality, makes an empirical analysis of the status of graduates in agriculture-related majors working on agricuhure from an agricultural university of Guangdong. It further puts forward some suggestions about how to enhance agricultural sci- teeh talents safety in Guangdong from the government, universities and students levels, which is expected to provide reference for graduates from agricultural universities and colleges in Guangdong fully satisfying the quantity and quality demand of agricultural sci-tech talents safety of Guangdong.
