摘要 基于小波变换的嵌入式零树小波编码是一个简单有效的影像编码算法,通过分析该算法特性,针对其零树构建过程中较长的时间消耗,改进其方法以缩短编码时间;并针对现行地理信息可视化平台影像显示过程的跳变现象,结合人眼视觉特性,设计了一种渐进网络传输方案。 Embedded zerotree wavelet coding is a simple and effective image coding algorithm based on wavelet transformation. After analyzing the characteristics of EZW algorithm and because of large amount of time consumption on zerotree building, an improved algorithm is described to shorten the coding time. In allusion to the abrupt appearance of images on the current geographic information visualization platforms, a progressive network transmission scheme combined with human visual characteristics is designed.
