摘要
目的:研究曲美他嗪对于缺血性心肌病导致心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法:选取124例缺血性心肌病心衰患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各62例,对照组常规基础治疗,试验组在对照组常规治疗的基础上使用曲美他嗪,对两组患者治疗前后心功能和血浆脑钠尿肽等指标进行评估或检测,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后试验组6min步行试验距离和LVEF显著高于对照组,左室内径和NT-proBNP降低程度大于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪能够改善心肌功能,减少心肌损伤,阻止心肌重构,对缺血性心肌病心衰有良好的治疗效果。
Objective：To study the clinical effectiveness of trimetazidine（TMZ） in treatment of heart failure caused by ischemic cardiomyopathy（ICM）.Methods：124 cases of heart failure caused by ICM were randomly and averagely divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with normal traditional therapy while the experimental group was given TMZ based on normal traditional therapy.Assess the heart function and measure the ventricle by ultrasound.Results：The experimental group had a higher percentage of ventricular ejection and a longer distance of 6 min walking test.The internal diameter of left ventricle and NT-proBNP of experimental group was lower than that of control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：TMZ can improves heart function and decreases myocardia injury and stop the cardiac restructure.It＇s effective in treatment of heart failure caused by ICM.
