鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

The Clinical Obversation of Nasal Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for the Treatment of Chronic Nasosinusitis

目的:探讨应用鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者84例,所有患者均应用鼻内镜鼻窦手术进行治疗,分析其治疗方法及疗效。结果:所有患者经治疗显示,Ⅰ型患者的治疗总有效率为92.9%,Ⅱ型为73.3%,Ⅲ型为61.5%。结论:鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎Ⅰ型的患者疗效最好,基层医院开展此项技术优势明显,术前应对患者进行分型,术后应注意联合给药治疗,以提高治疗的效果。

Objective：To explore the method and effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis.Methods：To retrospectively analyzed the method and effect of 84 cases of patients with chronic nasosinusitis in the writer＇s hospital,all patients were treated by nasal endoscopic sinus surgery.Results：The total effective rate of type Ⅰ was 92.9%,type Ⅱ was 73.3%,type Ⅲ was 61.5%.Conclusion：The effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery is best in the type Ⅰ of chronic nasosinusitis.The technology is advantaged in basic hospital.The patients should divide into different type per-operation,and give united drug after surgery in order to improve the effect.
