2640例老年人体检结果分析

The Aanalysis of the Results of the Physical Examination of 2640 Olds

目的:了解老年人健康状况及影响因素。方法:对2640例受检者按照规定的检查项目进行检查,使用统一的表格进行记录分析。结果:2640例老年人各项正常者453例,占17.16%;检出患各类疾病者2187例,占82.84%。检出异常率排序是高血压、体重异常、血脂异常、心电图异常、血糖异常。结论:高血压、超重或肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病越老越多地影响着老年人的健康,这可能是今后工作的重点方向。而健康体检非常有必要,它可使受检者有病早治、无病早防,增强自我保健意识,提高生活质量。

Objective：To know health condition and its effect factors of the olds.Methods：2640 cases of olds through the physical examination according to the specified inspection items and recorded the results by using unified form.Results：453 out of 2640 olds were checked to be normal in every criteria,accounting for 17.16%;2187 out of 2640 olds were diagnosed to suffer from various of diseases,accounting for 82.84%.The rank of rate of the abnormal diagnosed was as follow：high blood pressure,abnormal in weight,dyslipidemia,ECG and blood sugar.Conclusion：Hypertension,overweight or obese diabetes and other metabolic diseases are having more and more effects on the health of the olds,which is the focal point of our future work.Physical examination is very necessary.It will enable the diseased subjects have early treatments and the disease-free ones get early preventions,also it will enhanced self-care awareness and improve our life quality.
