摘要
采用激光衍射技术对不同启喷压力和孔径喷嘴的燃油雾化情况进行了定量研究,并对相关粒径分布进行了分析,给出了两者对燃油雾化各项指标的影响程度。结果表明,燃油雾化后,油滴的尺寸数目和体积分布曲线都呈双峰趋。启喷压力的提高和喷孔直径的减小都能促使雾化质量变好,索特平均直径D32降低,但降低的幅度并不相同。
The quantitative study on the fuel atomization at different injection pressures and orifice diameter was made with laser diffraction technique. Through analyzing relevant particle size distribution, the degree of fuel atomization index affected by injection pressure and orifice diameter was given. The study results show that the size of oil droplets number curve and size distribution curve both have two wave crests. Increasing of the injection pressure and reducing the orifice diameter both will improve the quality of fuel atomization and reduce D32, but not in equal fall.
