摘要
运用感性工学的研究方法对消费者需求进行了探讨。首先对感性工学的研究流程进行分析,在确保设计过程科学、系统的前提下,简化感性测量过程和数据处理过程,建立了一套简便易行的消费者需求分析流程;然后将该流程应用于数码相机外形的消费者需求分析上,得出了消费者对于数码相机外形的多种需求;最后探讨了感性工学在分析消费者需求上的优势。
This paper analyses the demand of consumers using Kansei Engineering. First, an essential analysis on Kansei engineering is conducted. Kansei measure and data processing are simplified, and an easy-to-use procedure of consumer demand analysis is set up, which guarantees a scientific and systemic design. Then, adopting the procedure, a consumer demand analysis of digital camera styles is implemented acquiring consumers' various demands. Finally, advantages of the method proposed in this paper are discussed.
