单纯肺动脉缺如误诊支气管扩张症一例 被引量：3

摘要 临床资料患者女性,68岁。因＂反复咳嗽、咳痰、间断咯血42年,加重1个月＂入院。1969年诊断肺结核,曾大咯血1次,经气管切开抢救成功,正规治疗病愈。此后反复咳嗽、咳黄脓痰,伴间断少量咯血,3个月左右1次。近10年渐进性活动后气促,伴间断双下肢水肿,
