摘要
采用宏观、微观检验、硬度测试等手段,对T10A钢等高盘淬火后产生开裂的原因进行分析,发现开裂部位和裂纹扩展路径具有明显的弧形裂纹特征。结果表明,工件加热温度过高,整体快速冷却使薄壁形成粗大片状马氏体以及截面尺寸突变处厚壁未淬透形成的非马氏体,为弧形裂纹形成提供了条件。
The reason for contour plate quenching cracks was analyzed by marco-inspection, micro-inspection, hardness testing and other methods. The results show that the workpiece heating temperature is too high, thin wall generates coarse martensite by the overall rapid cooling and thick wall of section size mutation position generates non-martensite, it can provide the conditions for arc-shape crack formation.
