ZnO对材料吸波性能的影响研究

摘要 通过对磁粉和羰基铁粉两种吸波材料介电常数和磁导率的测试及组分分析发现,ZnO能够降低吸波材料样本的介电常数和增强其与自由空间的阻抗匹配,其良好的介电损耗能力有助于拓宽样本的吸波频谱。在羰基铁粉样本中加入适量的ZnO,可使样本在1 mm厚度的情况下拥有较好的吸波性能和较宽的吸波频谱,反射率超过-10 dB的频谱范围超过5 GHz。 Through testing dielectric permittivity and permeability of magnetic powder and carbonyl iron powder, and analyzing component of these two absorbing materials, it is found that ZnO can lower dielectric permittivity of absorbing material samples and strengthen their impedance matching to free space, so that it can be used to broaden samples' absorption spectrum. Experiment shows that proper addition of ZnO into carbonyl iron powder can make samples with 1 mm thickness can obtain good absorbing properties and wide absorbing spectrum, which has 5 GHz bandwidth of- 10 dB.
