摘要
为获得性能较好的金属树脂快速模具材料,通过3因素3水平正交实验研究了固化剂、稀释剂和石英粉用量对快速模具材料抗拉强度、抗弯强度和硬度的影响。对材料力学特性数据的极差分析得出:以E-44环氧树脂为基料、铝粉、玻璃纤维等为填料的金属树脂快速模具材料的较优配方;当固化剂为16.5 g、稀释剂为25 mL、石英粉为15 g,该组快速模具材料的综合性能最佳。
In order to obtain better mechanical performance of rapid tooling material, The effects of some factors, such as the mass proportion of cure agent, diluents and quartz powder, on the tensile strength, bending strength and hardness of the cured materials were investigated by three-factor, three-level orthogonal experiment. Through the range analysis of experimental result, better metal resin rapid tooling materials, which are based on E-44 epoxy resin and filled by aluminite powder, short cut glass fiber, etc.were obtained. When the dosage of cure agent diluent and quartz powder is 16.5 g, 25 mL, and 15 g, respectively, the performance of metal resin rapid tooling material reach the optimum comprehensive properties.
