摘要
采用多球训练法对福建省体育职业技术学院的20名运动员,进行了实验对比分析,探讨多球训练法对提高网前小球技术水平的效果,结果表明:多球训练在网前小球技术动作的动力定型、击球落点的控制、击球质量的提高等方面有着重要作用。
Use the multi - ball training method to 20 athletes of Fujian sports vocational education and technical college, after contrasting and analyzing, discuss the effect of multi - ball training method for improving the net - ball technical level. The results show that multi - ball training method plays an important role in improving the dy- namic stereotypy of net - ball technique, the control of impact point and batting quality.
