福建省莆田市高中生课余体育锻炼调查与研究

Fujian putian high school student extracurricular physical exercise survey and research

本文采用文献资料法、社会调查法和数理统计法等对莆田市高中生课余体育锻炼情况进行调查,并从学校性质和学生性别等不同角度对调查数据进行分析,结果表明:莆田市高中生课余体育活动时间不足,参与形式和运动项目丰富多样,对课余体育活动持积极态度。同时,本文对阻碍高中生参与课余体育锻炼的因素展开分析,并针对这些影响因素提出相对应的改进意见和建议。

In this paper, literature, social survey method and mathematical statistics method of Putian high school after - school physical activity to investigate the situation and the nature of schools and students from different gen- der perspective to analyze the survey data showed that ： Putian high school students after school lack of physical ac- tivity time, in diverse forms and sports, after -sehool sports activities for a positive attitude. Meanwhile, the paper in high school after - school physical activity impeding factors to analyze and address these factors correspond to im- provements made comments and suggestions.
