双进双出钢球磨煤机双可调式动、静态分离器可实现磨煤机分离器的双向调节;具有结构紧凑、系统阻力低,煤粉颗粒均匀的特点;其动态叶轮传动系统采用同轴布置,且叶轮转轴依靠三档支承,轴承部位采取了完善的润滑和密封措施,使得整个分离器结构简单、运行安全可靠。
The writer has been involved in the design and development of double inlet & double outlet ball mill for a long term to design and research the double adjustable static and dynamic classifier. It was applied in 2 × 600MW supercritical line for the first time in Liaocheng Power Generating Co., Ltc., which led to a very good result. Up to now, this technology has been extended to several big coal-burning power generating corporates. The features of this equipment are: the adjustment of dynamic vane rotary speed echoes the angle adjustment of deflector blade of static classifier, then bidirectional adjustment of double inlet and double outlet ball mill is realized. It features compact structure, low system resistance and uniform powder grain. The driving system of dynamic vane adopts coaxial arrangement with vane axle supported by three positions and perfect lubrication and sealing methods are used in the bearing part, which renders the dynamic and static classifier with easy structure, safe and reliable running. This article addresses itself to the design, structure, working principle and test application of double adjustable static and dynamic classifier.
