食品分析与检测课程教学研究

On the Teaching of Food Analysis and Testing

针对食品分析与检测课程的特点,提出教学方法、考核形式的改革思路。教学中综合运用各种教学手段,培养学生实际应用能力;考核中增加平时学习成绩的比重及对学生创新能力的考察,调动学生学习的自觉性、主动性,提高学习效果。

According to the characteristics of the course of Food Analysis and Detection, reform through curriculum teaching method and forms of evaluation is put forward. This paper makes an exploration on teaching methods to cultivate students＂ practical ability, and the assessment methods increasing the proportion of everyday performance and students＂ innovative ability to arouse students＂ learning consciousness and initiative and improve the teaching effect.
