CD_(147)、EBP1 mRNA在新疆哈萨克族和汉族食管鳞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression and significance of CD_(147),EBP1 mRNA in esophageal squamouscell carcinoma of Kazak and Han nationality in Xinjiang

摘要 目的探讨新疆维哈萨克族和汉族食管鳞状细胞癌中基因CD147和EBP1 mRNA的表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测CD147和EBP1 mRNA在37例新疆哈萨克族和40例汉族食管鳞癌组织及其对应的远隔正常食管组织中的表达。结果 CD147在食管癌组织和远隔正常食管组织中的相对表达量分别为0.883±0.040和0.675±0.023,P=0.013;EBP1分别为0.574±0.039和0.797±0.035,P=0.022。在汉族和哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中CD147的阳性表达率分别为77.5%和81.0%,P=0.497;EBP1的阳性表达率分别为82.5%和78.4%,P=0.236。CD147在77例标本癌组织和远隔正常食管组织中的阳性表达率分别为79.2%和49.3%,P=0.003;EBP1在77例标本癌组织中的阳性表达率(61.0%)低于远隔正常食管组织(84.4%),P=0.005。CD147mRNA表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);EBP1 mRNA的表达与肿瘤分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。CD147与EBP1的表达之间呈负相关。结论 CD147和EBP1 mRNA在两民族食管鳞癌中的表达无差异;CD147高表达和EBP1低表达可能共同促进食管鳞癌的发生、发展。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD147 , EBP1 mRNA in esophageal sqamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) of Kazak and Han nationality in Xinjiang. Methods RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of CD147, EBP1 mRNA in 77 samples of ESCC tissues and distantnon-carcinomatous esophageal tissues. Resuits The expression level of CD147 in ESCC tissues and distantnon-carcinoma tissues was 0.883 ± 0. 040 and 0.675 ±0. 023 ( P = 0. 013). The expression level of EBP1 was 0. 574 ± 0.039 and 0. 797± 0.035, respectively ( P = 0.022). The positive expression rate of CDj47 in Han and Kazak nationality was 77.5% and 81.0% ( P = 0. 497 ), EBPI was 82.5% and 78.4% ( P = 0.236), respectively. The positive rate of CD147 expression was significantly higher in esophageal carcinoma than that in distant non-carcinoma tissue (79.2% vs 49.3%, P = 0. 003 ). There was significant difference in the positive rate of EBP1 expression between carcinoma and non-carcinoma tissue (61.0% vs 84.4%, P = 0.005 ). The expression of CD,47 was correlated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis in esophageal carcinoma (P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was a significant correlation between the expression of EBP1 mRNA and the tumor stage, lymphatic metastasis (P 〈 0.05). CD147 expression was negatively correlated with EBP1 expression. Conclusions CD,47 and EBP1 expression in ESCC were no difference between Kazak and Han nationality. High expression of CD147 and low expression of EBP1 might pro- mote the carcinogenesis and metastasis of esophgeal carcinoma.
