siRNA反向转染法提高原代癌相关纤维母细胞转染效率的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨提高原代癌相关纤维母细胞转染效率的方法,并优化实验条件。方法对比正反两种转染方法转染siRNA至原代癌相关纤维母细胞的转染效率,并分析两种转染试剂在转染原代细胞方面的不同。结果反向转染组转染siRNA至原代癌相关纤维母细胞的转染效率高于正向转染组(P<0.05);两种转染试剂转染效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论反向转染法可以显著提高原代癌相关纤维母细胞siRNA转染效率;两种转染试剂转染效率无明显差异。
