摘要
绩效考核是公共图书馆人力资源管理的一项重要内容,通过分析县级公共图书馆绩效考核存在的问题,从而提出完善绩效考核制度应采取的措施。
Performance assessment is an important part of human resource management in public libraries. Through analyzing the existing problems in respect of performance assessment in county public libraries, the author proposes that necessary measures must be taken to perfect performance aassessment system.
