关于北京市昌平区镇级图书馆服务的思考

On Township Level Library Service of Changping District in Beijing

镇级图书馆作为公共文化服务体系最基层的组成部分,是精神文明建设的窗口,在提高群众整体文化素质中发挥着重要作用。本文结合昌平区委、区政府打造商务花园城市,营造高尚城市文化的目标和要求,对昌平区17个镇级图书馆发挥功能与作用情况进行调研,通过调研和分析论证,找出镇级图书馆在发挥功能与作用方面存在的问题以及问题产生的根源,明确思路,以利于促进昌平区图书馆事业的整体发展。

As the most basic component of the public cultural service system, the township level library is the window of spiritual civilization construction, which plays an important role in improving the overall culture quality. Combining with the goals and requirements of Changping District Committee and the district government building a business and garden city and creating the noble humanistic environment, the author carries out an investigation into the role and functions of 17 township libraries of Changplng District. On the basis of the investigation and analysis, the author finds out the existing problems of township libraries and the causes of the problems, and makes a feasible plan, which will facilitate the overall development of Changping District Library.
