试论文化资源共享与农村公共文化建设——以榆林市为例

On Cultural Resource Sharing and Rural Public Culture Construction:Taking Yulin City as an Example

要整合社会各方面的资源,充分地利用和享受社会公共资源,而这个工程的完成得力于全社会的参与及公共资源的整合利用,而这种公共资源科学地、系统地整合之后,成为社会的共有资源,再用来服务于社会,服务于广大人民群众。文章以榆林为例指出了当前农村文化资源存在的问题,提出了文化资源共享与农村公共文化建设发展前景。

The project of integrating, fully utilizing and sharing all aspects of social resources needs the participation of the whole society. Being scientifically integrated, the public resources can become the social mutual resources, and can be used to serve the masses. Taking Yulin City as an example, the author points out the problems existing in rural cultural resources and puts forward the development prospects of the cultural resource sharing and rural public culture construction.
