在我国建设文化强国和学习型社会的背景下,很多基层公共图书馆却出现图书借阅数量下降、读者人数减少的现象。本文针对这一现象出现的原因进行了细致分析,并为如何改变这一现状提出了全面的建议。

With the background of constructing a cultural powerful nation and learning society in our country, the phenomena of borrowing decline and reader loss occur in some grass-roots public libraries. The paper analyzes the causes of these phenomena and puts forward some suggestions.
