摘要
本文针对我公司有关分厂板材下料过程中,剪板机刀片经常损坏崩刃,频繁更换剪刀片,劳动强度大等影响产品的生产周期的情况,对剪刀片的材质进行跟踪试验研究.从而得出新材料H13可用做剪刀片材料。该材质剪刀片降低了板材下料过程中的劳动强度,并且比原9SiCr材料剪刀片使用寿命有了显著提高。
This paper discusses in damages and replacements of the the process of cutting a steel plate in our branch factory, frequently shear blades, and heavy work intension of workers impact the pro- duction Cycle,so we make a tracking experiment on the material of the shear blades. The results show that H13, a new material, is available to be the material of shear blades, which can not only re- duce the labor intensity, but also significantly improve the service life than the one made by the for-mer 9SiCr material we used before.
