介绍了产品全生命周期管理(PLM)的项目管理内容及模具制造企业在模具研发管理中面临的挑战。描述了基于PLM平台的研发项目管理总体框架,分析了模具制造企业在模具研发过程中存在的问题,简述了建立基于PLM平台面向模具研发全过程的项目管理模型。
The project management of product lifecycle management （PLM） and challenges in the die ＆ mold development management for mold manufacturing enterprises was discussed, by describing the development project management general framework based on the PLM platform and analyzing the problems in the die ＆ mold development for the die ＆ mold manufacturing enterprises, briefly introduced the construction of project management model for the whole mold development based on PLM platform.
