摘要
分析了塑件生产过程中模具内气体的来源及由此影响所产生的成型缺陷,阐述了塑料注射模排气系统的设计要点,列表给出了常用塑料排气槽厚度的经验值,介绍了常见的排气形式,并说明了CAE技术在塑料注射模排气系统设计中的应用。
The air source in the mold during plastic piece production and molding defects causing by it are analyzed. The key points in designing air exhaust system of plastic injection mould are expounded, and the experience value of common exhaust groove thickness is listed. The common forms of exhaust system design air exhaust are presented, and the application of CAE technique in the air of plastic injection mould is illustrated.
