摘要 免疫电镜技术已成为分子细胞生物学研究的重要手段。该技术利用超薄切片和免疫标记物,能准确定位蛋白质和脂类。然而,定位显然不能满足所有研究的需要,对于蛋白质或脂类在细胞内的转移,或者蛋白质在不同条件下的表达等相关研究,定量分析十分必要。近年来,以胶体金颗粒作为标记物的定量免疫电镜技术得到了广泛的应用,定量方法也在不断地改进和发展。本文简要介绍定量免疫电镜技术的方法和实际应用。 Immunoelectron microscopy is an important technique in cellular and molecular biology research. This method can accurately determine the localization a specific protein or lipid at the ultrastructural level. However, the quantitative immunoelectron microscopy is necessary in some research. In this paper, we briefly introduced some basic principles and practical applications of quantitative immunoeleetron microscopic method.
