摘要
分析了道岔融雪装置加热条卡具断裂的原因,对其材料热处理弹簧钢带设计了一种新型的手动弯曲实验装置,解决现阶段只有实验方法和检验标准无实验装置的问题。
The paper mainly analyzes fracture reasons of heating clips of snow-melting device, and presents a new-type manual bending experiment device designed for heat treating spring steel belt, in order to deal with the problem of lacking experimental devices under the present status of having experimental method and inspection standard only.
