摘要
我国铁路工程项目承包长期停留在设计、采购、施工平行建设承包模式上,而国际市场普遍采用"设计—采购—施工总承包"模式(简称EPC总承包)。对海外EPC铁路信号项目设计阶段的划分进行研究,对其理念和工作过程进行分析解释。
The parallel contract mode of engineering, procurement, and construction have been applied in our domestic railway engineering projects for a very long time, while the universal contract mode of Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) is commonly adopted in the international market. The paper studies the design stage division in oversea railway signal EPC projects, and gives the analysis and explanation of the concept and working process of EPC projects.
