摘要
传统的城市规划方法,其过程多以定性分析的图示为主,缺乏定量分析的低碳生态技术支撑。利用生态学相关原理,通过数据计算和对比分析的方法,提出了3条量化的规划策略:借助生态足迹法探讨碳排放水平与城市空间形态的耦合关系,明确几种典型的城市空间形态对碳耗量的影响;通过GIS法划定生态敏感区,建立城市碳汇系统,确定城市的景观格局;采用瓶颈指数法,找到制约城市产业发展的限制性因子,进行产业结构调整,优化产业布局。低碳生态理论引入到城市规划,将会从一个新的角度为城市规划提供技术支撑,使一些定性的规划意向转化成为切实可操作的量化指标。
Traditional city planning method, the process of which takes qualitative analysis diagram, lacks for quantitative analysis of low carbon ecological technical support. Using the ecology principle, through the data calculation and contrast analysis method, proposes three quantitative planning strategy: with the method of ecological footprint of carbon emission level and city space form of coupling relation, clears sev eral typical city spatial form effect on carbon consumption; by the method of GIS delineation of ecological sensitive area, builds city carbon sequestration system, and determines the city landscape pattern; using the bottleneck restricting the index, finds the city industry development restriction factor, and adjusts the industrial structure, and optimizes the industrial layout. Low carbon and ecological theory into city plan ning, will provides technical support from a new point of view for city planning, and makes some qualita tive planning intention into practical quantitative index.
