负载型HPMoV/SBA-15催化剂的合成及催化性能研究

摘要 以Keggin型杂多酸H5PMo10V2O40为活性组分,SBA-15介孔分子筛为载体,利用浸渍法制备了负载量为20%的HPMoV/SBA-15催化剂。通过SAXRD、WAXRD和FT-TR光谱对样品进行了分析和表征,并将制得的负载型催化剂应用于苯酚叔丁醇烷基化反应,研究了不同反应温度下的催化性能。研究结果表明:H5PMo10V2O40杂多酸能均匀地分散于SBA-15孔道中且SBA-15的六方介孔结构得到了较好的保持;HPMoV/SBA-15催化剂在苯酚叔丁醇烷基化反应中具有很高的催化活性,当反应温度为190℃时,苯酚的转化率达到78.7%,4-TBP选择性为49.6%,24-DTBP选择性为25.8%,2-TBP选择性为24.6%。 HPMoV/SBA-15 catalyst with 20% loading SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieveas as support was of Keggin type heteropolyacid H5PMo10V2O40 using prepared by impregnation method. The synthesized catalyst sample was characterized by SAXRD, WAXRD and FT-IR spectra. The obtained supported cata- lyst was studied in the phenol alkylation reaction with tert-butyl alcohol, and the catalytic properties under different reaction temperatures were also investigated. The results show that the H5PMo10V2O40 hetero- polyaeid can be highly dispersed in the channels of SBA-15 which uniform hexagonal mesoporous structure could be well maintained; HPMoV/SBA-15 catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity for alkylation of phe- nol, when the reaction temperature was 190℃, the phenol conversion of 78.70%, 4-TBP selectivity of 49.6%, 2,4-DTBP selectivity of 25.8% and 2-TBP selectivity of 24. 6% were obtained.
