摘要
随着低空威胁类型的变化促使雷达任务向多样化方向发展,下一代低空监视雷达的任务和技术体制面临路径选择.从低空监视的任务需求出发,讨论了低空监视技术和战术要求,分别从空基平台和地基平台两方面探讨四代雷达的作战任务和技术体制.空基平台应以系留气球平台为主,实现隐身目标远程预警和超视距信息支援两大任务;技术体制上,远程预警雷达采用一维相扫体制,超视距信息支援采用二维相控阵体制.地基低空监视雷达采用分布式网络化体制,技术体制上雷达选用一维相控阵体制,多站构成协同探测网实现区域覆盖.
As the change of low altitude threat precipitates the radar mission developing in the direction of multi-ftmction, the mission and technical system of the next generation of low altitude surveillance radar is confronted with path selection. From the mission demand of low altitude surveillance, this paper discusses the technical and tactical requirements for low altitude surveillance, and probes into the operational mission and technical system of the fourth generation radar in terms of air-based and ground-based platforms. It is proposed that the air-based platform be mainly based on tethered balloon one for fulfilling the two significant missions of stealth target long-range early warning and OTH information support. As for the technical system, the one-dimen- sional phase-scanning system can be used in the long-range early warning radar and the two-dimensional phased-array system used for the OTH information support. And the distributed networking system can be used in the ground-based low altitude surveillance radar that employs one-dimensional phased-array system, and the cooperative detection network that consists of multi-station is used for realizing the area coverage.
